Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes get their 2024 College Football season underway with a potential trap game against nine-time FCS Champions North Dakota State.
Last season, Coach Prime and his new-look Buffaloes opened the campaign with a shock 45-42 victory over TCU, who had been to the previous season's College Football Playoff.
The Buffaloes bring back starting QB Shedeur Sanders and two-way superstar Travis Hunter, and the program brought in more than 40 transfers.
On the other side, the North Dakota State Bison went 11-4 last year and return their starting QB as well. They won their first of nine FCS Championships in 2011, but have not won it since 2021.
North Dakota State vs. Colorado will be broadcast on ESPN, which can be viewed through cable TV or with live TV streaming apps such as YouTubeTV or FuboTV. The game can also be streamed on ESPN+.
North Dakota State vs. Colorado is scheduled to start at 8 PM ET/7 PM CT/6 PM MT on Thursday, August 29th with the game taking place at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colorado.
