There are some heavyweight clashes to come in this latest round of fixtures, with the Dallas Cowboys making the trip to Hard Rock Stadium to face the Miami Dolphins.

However, the weekend's biggest game has to be at Levi’s Stadium as the Baltimore Ravens get set to test themselves against the San Francisco 49ers on Christmas Day.

There are plenty of intriguing matchups and we’ve selected our top three games to look out for in Week 16.

Lions can clinch divisional crown

From a laughingstock to NFL Championship contenders, the Detroit Lions have come a long way as they prepare to face the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

The Lions suffered a shock loss to the Chicago Bears at Solider Field, but bounced back at the first time of asking to blow away the Denver Broncos 42-17 last week.

Now Detroit have a chance to wrap up the NFC North crown at the home of one of their divisional rivals, Minnesota.

The Vikings have lost their way with three losses in their last four games, but star receiver Justin Jefferson is healthy and will want to make up for the time he lost on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

The Dallas Cowboys were once again exposed on the road at the Buffalo Bills last time out and next they travel to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Home form has not been an issue with 15 consecutive wins in Arlington, but their displays on the road against winning sides have been a problem.

Miami will be hoping Tyreek Hill returns after his recent left ankle injury, but even if the game does come too soon for their star wide receiver, the Dolphins can still win this one at Hard Rock Stadium.

The Cowboys were thrashed 31-10 at Buffalo and it’s hard to see them bouncing back on the road in Florida.

Odds49ers -5.5, Ravens +195 ML

In the pick of the Week 16 games, the Baltimore Ravens will see how they match up to the team who are favorites to win the NFL Championship this year in the San Francisco 49ers.

The 49ers are +200 to go all the way and win the NFL Championship title, while the Ravens are +450 to lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Monday’s clash will not only see two title contenders but also two MVP contenders go head-to-head in the form of quarterbacks Lemar Jackson and Brock Purdy.

The 49ers have been capable of blowing away strong opposition already this season and the Ravens will have to produce their game of the campaign so far to take down the 49ers on their own patch.
