The New York Mets and Milwaukee Brewers will play a Game 3 on Thursday night, the only Wild Card series to go beyond two games this postseason.
After storming to an 8-4 win in Game 1, the Mets were on the brink of advancing to the NLDS as they held a 3-2 lead entering the bottom of the 8th inning in Game 2.

The Brewers' leadoff man belted an opposite field home run, his second of the night, to even the score at 3-3. Four batters later, pinch hitter Garrett Mitchell lined one over the center field wall to put Milwaukee up 5-3.
Now, the New York and Milwaukee will play a win-or-go-home Game 3 on Thursday night.
