To Win Conference and To Win Series are just some of the many markets available with bet365 throughout the NBA Playoffs.
The outright odds will understandably attract most of the attention ahead of the NBA Playoffs, but there are plenty of other options out there.
Backing a team to win the conference may appeal if you think one team should be able to get through to the Finals Series, but are unsure if they can go all the way.
For example, the Phoenix Suns look a real threat in the West with Kevin Durant on board, but how would they cope if they were to face a 2021 Finals rematch against the Milwaukee Bucks?
This is also a good option if you fancy an outsider to go deep in the postseason. The Sacramento Kings have enjoyed an exceptional campaign, claiming third seed in the West, and will now be ready to attack the playoffs.
This is a new experience for most of this Kings team, however, and backing them to win the conference at +2200 may seem a better move than getting behind them to go all the way.

It is possible to back which conference the eventual champion will come from to cover a number of possible winners.
The West has been the stronger of the two conferences in recent years as it has produced six of the last nine champions, but this year three of the four market leaders come from the East.
If you’re struggling to decide between Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Boston, but feel one of those sides will claim the title, this could be the market for you.
The winning team to come from the East is -145, while the West is +125 to produce this season’s champion.
It is possible to be more specific and go for the division of the championship winner, and two options stand out here as all 10 teams across those divisions are involved in the postseason.
The Atlantic Division is +200 to produce the eventual champion and contains Boston, Philadelphia, along with the New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets and Toronto Raptors.
It is +180 for the winner to come from a Pacific Division containing the Golden State Warriors, Phoenix, Sacramento and both LA teams.
There are also plenty of series outright markets to consider ahead of the first round covering a variety of different scenarios.
There are the standard To Win Series markets as four of the eight first round matchups have been confirmed, with the rest to be decided after the Play-In Tournament.
The best-of-seven showdown between Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers is probably the most intriguing confirmed first round tie, after the Clippers claimed a 119-114 win in Phoenix in the final round of regular season games to set up the series.

Other series betting options include Series Correct Score, Correct Score after Game 3 and Game 4, To Win Series from Behind and Series Leader - where you can back a team to be in the lead after a certain number of games in the series.
The Series Handicap market is another option if one team is heavily fancied.
Another interesting market is the game and series double market, where you can back the result of the opening game combined with the series leader.
This market includes all four options, so you could back the Kings to win Game 1 against Golden State but go on to lose the series at +210, or back Phoenix to win Game 1 against the Clippers and then win the series at -225.
