Cleveland are 0-5 on the road in the playoffs but maybe Wednesday's the night when the travel-sick Cavs finally get it right.
The Cavaliers head back to Detroit with their Eastern Conference semi-final on a knife-edge, having won twice at the Rocket Arena to square the series at 2-2.
The Pistons were 31-9 at the Little Caesars Arena during the regular season and are 5-1 in the playoffs, the one reverse coming in Game 1 against Orlando in the last round.
Cleveland have yet to win on the road in the playoffs but two home successes in a few days to square the series against No.1 seeds Detroit have suddenly got them believing they can beat anyone - and more importantly, anywhere.
The Cavs lost all three road trips to Toronto in the first round, with their famed back court of James Harden and Donovan Mitchell struggling against an aggressive defense.
So it was no surprise to anyone to see them go down 2-0 to the Pistons in Motown.
Quite simply, they had to win Games 3 and 4 back in Cleveland to have even a sniff of making the conference final and they have delivered.
And that's because their big players are turning up to play at last, just as Detroit's stars are losing their lustre.
Mitchell has caught fire with 35 and 43 points in the last two games while Harden has added 19 and 24.
Perhaps just as importantly, Evan Mobley has inspired a defensive turnaround in a team who now look like they are going to be hard to beat.
With Cade Cunningham perhaps finally showing the effects of a full-on and intense season, it's possible the Pistons are running out of steam. Possible, that's all.
Either way, a confident Cleveland travels believing they can prevail and, at the very least, they can cover the spread.
Cavs' guard Dennis Schroder's points, assists and rebounds are going cheap at 10.5.
The bare stats - 10.8 points, 4.9 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game through the regular season certainly say they are cheap.
So it's a quote based on the fact that Schroder's numbers have dropped off in the playoffs plus, of course, they are up against a high-class, high-intensity Detroit, and away at that.
So far in five road games in the play-offs, Schroder is averaging 6.2 points, 2 rebounds and 1.8 assists.
His performances seem far more impactful than that and we're prepared to be persuaded that Schroder still has some big numbers in him this week. And yes, why not in Detroit?
Neither Duncan Robinson nor Caris LeVert could make Game 5 which means Detroit's bench needs to seriously step up.
Points off the bench will be critical and Daniss Jenkins certainly has a role to play.
In the home games against Cleveland last week, Jenkins scored 12 and 14 points having signed off with a 16-point night in the decider against Orlando on 63 percent shooting.
Jenkins can contribute in key moments and should be taken to clear 11.5 points and rebounds.

Cleveland has a clean bill of health and is unlikely to change its starting five from the group who squared the series on Monday.
The Pistons have listed Duncan Robinson (back), Caris LeVert (heel) and Kevin Huerter (adductor) as questionable. Robinson is averaging 13.8 points in the series while LeVert is coming off one of his best playoff performances in the Pistons Game 4 loss to the Cavaliers, as he led Detroit with 24 points, four rebounds, and three assists on 10-of-16 shooting.
