Indiana Pacers vs. New York Knicks Predictions

New York Knicks to win (-165)

The New York Knicks come into this game as one of the hottest teams in the NBA. Not only have the Knicks jumped into the third-seed in the Eastern Conference, but they have won eight games in a row.

During their win streak, the Knicks are averaging 116.8 points per game, while allowing 99.3 points per game. They have also won their matchups by an average of 17.5 points per game.

As for the Pacers, they are just 4-6 in their last 10 games, losing their most recent match to the Boston Celtics. Because the Knicks are red-hot right now, backing them to win this game will be our best bet.

Jalen Brunson to score over 32.5 points (-115)

One of our favorite player props will target Jalen Brunson from the New York Knicks. Brunson has been the Knicks’ best player this entire season, averaging 26.8 points per game, which leads the team.

Given his points prop of 32.5 points, Brunson has surpassed this number in nine games this season. This includes two of his last seven games.

With Julius Randle out for at least a few weeks, Brunson is likely going to need to carry the offense. He scored 28 points against the Pacers in the first meeting, therefore backing Brunson to go over his points prop will be our pick.

Pascal Siakam to score over 21.5 points (-110)

Switching gears, we will be looking at Pascal Siakam from the Indiana Pacers to go over his points prop.

Siakam is averaging 22.1 points per game this season. However, he is averaging 21.6 points per game in seven games with the Pacers since being traded.

His points prop is currently set at 21.5, a number he has gone over 22 times this season and three times with the Pacers.

The Pacers’ leading scorer, Tyrese Haliburton is questionable for this game, plus he has struggled scoring over the last five games as he recovers from a hamstring injury. For that reason, backing Siakam to carry a bigger offensive load and to go over his points prop will be our play.

Indiana Pacers Injury Report

Game-time decisions will have to be made for Jalen Smith, T.J. McConnell, Bennedict Mathirin and Tyrese Haliburton, who are all listed as questionable.

New York Knicks Injury Report

Julius Randle has been ruled out with a shoulder injury, while game-time-decisions will be made on OG Anunoby and Quentin Grimes. Mitchell Robinson is out for the year.

The Knicks play at the league's third-slowest pace, while the Pacers play at the league's second-fastest pace.
