David "MoonMeander" Tan Boon Yang, captain for Dota 2 side Team SoloMid, insists it has taken a lot of hard work and effort from his team to get where they are now as they prepare for the grand final of the DPC NA 2021/22.
In the lower bracket final of the DPC NA Regional Finals, Quincy Crew are 5/6 to beat Evil Geniuses, who are 5/6 to prevail.
The winner of that final will then move on to face "MoonMeander" and his TSM side in the Grand Final of the regional tournament after they defeated Quincy Crew 2-1 in the upper bracket final.

Before that, TSM were 2-0 winners in their upper bracket first-round clash with Evil Geniuses and had finished second in the round-robin standings of the DPC regional event when playing under the banner of 'Team Undying'.
Under their new name, the roster have made brilliant progress but "MoonMeander", who joined his current side at the start of 2021, wants followers to know their success has not just come overnight.
In his post-match interview, regarding his team's recent success, "Moonmeander" said: "A lot of people see the success in all the greatest people in the world but they don't see behind the scenes.
"We worked really hard to get here, we failed many times, lost a lot of scrims and everyone stuck together and tried hard.
"We didn't qualify for the Majors but my team stuck together. Now we're here with TSM - it looks like we're rolling through everybody but it took a lot to get here."
