There are just eight teams in MLS action this weekend, with four games taking place on Saturday.
Neither the Eastern Conference leaders Inter Miami nor Real Salt Lake, pacesetters in the West, are in action.
The New York Red Bulls will sense a chance to close the gap on Miami as they visit the New England Revolution, while in the West, Minnesota United will be attempting something similar as FC Dallas come to visit at Allianz Field.
Here's our look ahead to Saturday's action in the MLS, alongside our expert picks and predictions.

The New York Red Bulls occupy fourth spot in the Eastern Conference with a record showing eight wins and three losses from 16 games so far.
On the road, they've been lacking consistency, with a 3-3-3 record to this point. They have played two games less than Conference-leading Inter Miami but could be on terms with Lionel Messi and company if they win those games in hand.
A trip to Gillette Stadium to face table-propping New England should give them an excellent shot at the first of those wins.
New England has just three wins in 14 games and only one of those was gained at home. Despite a win over Nashville last time, the Revolution sit 29th in the MLS form guide, with New York in sixth after four wins in the last five, the exception a 2-1 derby loss to New York City.
Take Sandro Schwarz's side to notch another win and put a positive spin on their overall away-day record.
The story is similar for Minnesota in the West. They are five points adrift of leaders Real Salt Lake but have played two games less.
They find themselves hosting a Dallas side with only three wins all season and none (0-6-2) on their travels.
Midfielder Robin Lod is enjoying a fine time for Minnesota, tied for second in MLS with 10 assists and averaging 0.75 primary assists per 90 minutes, the second-best mark in the league.
Joining him in impressing is 24-year-old forward Tani Oluwaseyi, one of three players in MLS averaging more than a goal per 90 minutes and the only player doing so without the aid of penalties.
His game-time is growing steadily and he is becoming a key influence on the Minnesota team.
They can close the gap on the Western Conference leaders by making home advantage count at Allianz Field.
Picking a winner from the St Louis vs Portland clash at CITYPARK is an unenviable task.
They are 11th and eighth respectively in the Western Conference heading into this weekend, separated by three points, with the hosts having played two games less.
St Louis's tally of eight draws is an MLS joint-high so far this season, while the Timbers have five stalemates on their record.
St Louis have avoided victory in six of their last seven games and they welcome in a Portland side with three wins in five recently in the MLS.
The home team are favorites to get a maximum yield from this game, but they may be left frustrated yet again, extending their haul of tied games to nine.
These teams have only met twice before in the MLS, both games won by the away team. That run can end now.
