Atlanta Braves designated hitter Marcell Ozuna is fourth in MLB with 26 home runs and is the second-favorite to win the award. The 2024 Derby will be his first time participating in the event.
Texas Rangers outfielder Adolis Garcia, who burst onto the scene with some incredible power-hitting feats in the 2023 MLB Playoffs, is third in the odds. He has 17 homers this season, good for joint-20th in MLB.
MVP candidate Gunnar Henderson, shortstop for the Baltimore Orioles, is fourth in the market. He is third in MLB with 28 home runs and a .584 slugging percentage.
Fifth in the odds is Kansas City Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr., who has 16 homers so far.
Further back in the odds are Teoscar Hernandez of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Jose Ramirez of the Cleveland Guardians, and Alec Bohm of the Philadelphia Phillies. Of those players, only Ramirez has Home Run Derby experience.
