Miami QB Cam Ward has been one of the standout performers in all of college football this season.
In Week 9, Ward will look to lead the Hurricanes to an 8-0 start when they go up against in-state rivals Florida State. The Seminoles, who finished the regular season 13-0 a year ago and began the 2024 season ranked No. 10, have endured a nightmare season and currently sit at 1-6.
Still, there’s time for Mike Norvell’s team to play spoiler for Miami, who has its eyes set on a spot in the College Football Playoff.
Ward has been sensational in his first season since transferring from Washington State.
The West Columbia, Texas native has logged 27 total TD (24 passing, 3 rushing) while throwing just 5 INT so far this season. Ward had 4 TD in a thrilling 52-45 comeback win over Louisville last weekend to keep his team undefeated.
He is currently second in the betting for the Heisman Trophy at +250, trailing only Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty, and leads the nation in passing yards (2,538) and passing TD (24).
Let’s take a look at Ward’s player props and odds for Miami’s Week 9 matchup vs. Florida State.
