Following Auburn is back-to-back national champions UConn (+10000), backed by 8.1% of bet365 customers since market open last April. The Huskies are back-to-back national champions, but find themselves as the West region 8-seed following a turbulent 2024/25 regular season.
Dan Hurley’s team could go against 1-seed Florida (+375) in the round of 32. The Gators ran the table in the SEC tournament last week and are backed by 5.3% of bet365 customers to win their first national title since 2007.

A pair of 11-seeds, Drake and VCU, are the second and third most-backed teams on the moneyline to upset their round of 64 opponents.
No. 11 Drake will go up against No. 6 Missouri on Thursday night, with the Bulldogs +220 on the moneyline.
VCU, who plays No. 6 BYU on Thursday afternoon, is +135 to advance to the program’s first round of 32 since the 2016 tournament.
No. 12 UC San Diego has the fourth-most bets on the moneyline of any underdog in the round of 64. The Tritons are +125 on the moneyline to eliminate Big Ten tournament champions No. 5 Michigan in their opening round game on Thursday night.
Finally, McNeese is back in the dance for the second-straight year, again as a 12-seed. This time, Will Wade’s team will play No. 5 Clemson in the round of 64, who they are +270 to beat.
