The Ohio Valley Conference tournament is one of the first men’s tournaments to get underway this March.
Part of “Champ Week,” the top eight teams in the OVC qualified for the conference tournament, with one receiving an automatic bid to the men’s NCAA Tournament.
Lindenwood, the tournament’s 6-seed, is ineligible for the NCAA Tournament as it is in the third of a four-year transition period from Division II to Division I. Should Lindenwood win the conference tournament, the runner-up will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
Southern Indiana, the other team ineligible for the 2025 tournament, did not qualify for the OVC tournament as one of the top-eight teams in the conference.
