Things are heating up in the League of Legends World Championship with the group stage nearing its conclusion.
On Thursday, the teams in Group A played their final matches and on Friday it will be the turn of the teams in Group B - JD Gaming, DWG KIA, G2 Esports and Evil Geniuses. Each of the aforementioned quartet have already locked horns in the group stage and will play their final three group games on frantic day six.
As it stands, JD Gaming lead the way with three wins from three matches, while G2 Esports of the LEC and DWG KIA of the LCK look set to battle it out for second spot with Evil Geniuses propping up the group and yet to get a win on the board.
The teams which finish in the top two will progress directly to the tournament's quarter-final phase and battle it out to be crowned League of Legends World champions.

North American outfit Evil Geniuses had to rely on victory over MAD Lions in the play-in stage to qualify for the League of Legends Worlds main event and they have since had a tough time of it.
They sit bottom Group B at the halfway stage in the group phase with a 0-3 win-loss record and things are unlikely to get any better when they take on a G2 Esports side who are likely going to be battling DWG KIA for second spot in the section.
It was a comprehensive win for G2 Esports when these sides met earlier in the group stage with the European big guns winning the kill count 19-2, destroying nine towers and edging the gold by just over 10,000.
G2 Esports could be dark horses for the title if they make it out of Group B, having landed a semi-final berth at the Mid-Season Invitational earlier in the year, and they are worth chancing at -8.5 on the kill handicap at -120.

Coming into this year's Worlds, there were many who thought this could be JD Gaming's time to shine. And after three matches in Group B, they have shown they could have what it takes to go the distance.
LPL giants JD Gaming have won all three of their matches, racking up 24 kills the first time around against Evil Geniuses, 18 kills against DWG KIA and 15 against G2 Esports. Their team-fighting is unparalleled and top laner Bai "369" Jia-Hao continues to show his class for the Chinese side.
It is no surprise to see them priced at -800 to see off Evil Geniuses, who could be in for a miserable Friday evening, and once again the kill handicap could be the best market to opt for. JD Gaming are a decent bet at -10.5.

The final match in Group B pits pacesetters JD Gaming against second-placed hopefuls DWG KIA, who are sure to have plenty of incentive in this one. South Korean side DWG KIA could even go into this game with a shot at topping the group if results go their way and they could put up a bit of a fight, even if JD Gaming have been the section's standout team so far.
They will not be helped by jungler Kim "Canyon" Geon-bu having to play the matches online as a result of illness but, with it likely that a lot will be riding on this game, a bet on total kills to surpass 27.5 could represent value. The earlier meeting between the sides produced a total of 29 kills and it could once again be around that mark.
