In March of 2022, Kirk Cousins signed a 1-year, $35 million extension with the Minnesota Vikings for the 2023 season. 

He is set to earn $10 million as a base salary with an additional $20 million as a restructure bonus this upcoming season. Cousins originally came to Minnesota on a 3-year, $84 million contract in 2018 which was the first of its kind for quarterbacks.
