John Deere Classic Outright Odds

A strong field will travel to Silvis, Illinois for the 2024 John Deere Classic this week.

Sungjae Im, fresh off a T3 finish at the Travelers Championship two weeks ago, is the +1400 favorite to win at TPC Deere Run.

Defending champion Sepp Straka and two-time John Deere winner Jordan Spieth are also in the field.

Let’s assess the full list of favorites to win this week in Illinois.

Im, the outright favorite, is seeking his third career PGA Tour victory when he tees it up at TPC Deere Run this week.

The South Korean missed the cut at all three majors this year but has rattled off four-straight top-10s outside of that, including a T3 at the Travelers.

2023 champion Straka (+1600) is also out for his third win on tour. The Austrian has posted seven top-20s in his last 11 tournaments dating back to March. Aaron Rai is third-favorite at +1800, having shot 17-under and finished T2 at the Rocket Mortgage Classic last weekend.

Spieth (+2000) will look to become the third player in history to win three John Deere Classic titles, having already won two in 2013 and 2015.

But the 30-year-old has been far from his best in recent months. Since missing the cut at the Masters, his results read T39-MC-T29-T43-T37-MC-T41-T63. Spieth’s last win came more than two years ago at the 2022 RBC Heritage.
