After a disappointing run at ESL Pro League Season 15, MOUZ have taken swift action ahead of future tournaments.
MOUZ have announced a big change to their Counter Strike: Global Offensive line-up, with Jon "JDC" de Castro replacing French veteran Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt in the starting roster.
NBK- 's removal comes just two months after he signed for the team, having joined in January and played just 11 official matches under the MOUZ banner.

JDC, who had been a part of the MOUZ NXT roster that won a trio of back-to-back WePlay Academy League titles, stood-in for Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras during IEM Katowice, and will now get his chance to build on a modest 0.98 average he posted in Poland.
JDC said: "Very grateful for the entire NXT project and the people I met there. Thanks to everyone for all the support over the last year. Time to bring everything I have!"
Over the course of 25 maps, NBK- posted a 0.97 average during his time with MOUZ, far below the average that the team would have expected of him. Nonetheless, it will still come as a surprise to many that the decision has been taken so quickly.
Writing on social media, NBK- said: "I have never been so confused about such an unfair and rushed decision."
MOUZ have struggled in 2022, exiting IEM Katowice in 9-12th and winning just a pair of matches at ESL Pro League Season 15, failing to make the playoffs as a result.
JDC joins the line-up at a crucial time, with the PGL Major Antwerp fast approaching.
