No. 6 Mississippi Rebels quarterback Jaxson Dart is the leader of the nation's most prolific offense and the second-favorite for the Heisman, and he'll look to build on his stellar start against Kentucky.
Dart enters the Week 5 matchup with +500 odds to win the Heisman Trophy, behind only Miami Hurricanes QB Cameron Ward at +450.
With Dart under center, the Rebels score 55.0 points per game, the most in the country, and have a 4-0 record.
In those four games, Dart has completed 95/119 passes (SEC-high 79.8 percent) for a Division I-best 1,554 passing yards and a 12-2 TD-INT ratio. His 388.5 passing yards per game are the most in the nation, as is his 13.1 yards per pass attempt and his 219.4 passer efficiency rating.
On the ground, the QB has carried the ball 23 times for 90 yards and three scores.
The Ole Miss receiving corps led by Tre Harris, Cayden Lee, and Antwane Wells Jr. has gotten off to a rapid start this season. Harris is second in the nation with 628 receiving yards, and he has caught 38 passes with four touchdowns. Wells has 14 catches for four scores and 274 yards, and Lee has 14 catches for 256 yards and a TD.
While the Rebels are first out of 134 Division I football teams in both points per game (55.0) and fewest points allowed per game (5.5), they have yet to play a ranked team and will not do so until their Week 7 game against LSU.
Still, the team is going to want to keep playing as well as it has been before the season gets tougher. And anyway, this is the Kentucky team that lost by only one point to then-No. 1 Georgia just two weeks ago.
The Kentucky Wildcats rank 16th in points allowed per game with just 12.5 on average. With this contest against an opponent that is tougher than many might think, let's get into Dart's lines, odds and player props for the Week 5 contest.
