Jake Retzlaff: Player Props, Odds & Lines for Week 12 vs. Kansas

The No. 9 BYU Cougars are undefeated and ranked sixth in the second College Football Playoff rankings of the 2024 season, and starting QB Jake Retzlaff is a huge reason why.

So far this season, Retzlaff has completed 58.0 percent of his passes for 2,091 yards and an 18-7 TD-INT ratio in nine games. On the ground, he has rushed 71 times for 291 yards and four TDs.

While Retzlaff has come up with plenty of big moments, he and the Cougars caught a huge break by drawing a defensive holding penalty to keep their game-winning drive alive in Week 11 vs. Utah.

The Utah game was probably his worst of the season. He completed just 45.5 percent of his passes for 219 yards, and he neither threw a TD pass nor an interception. He did rush for a score, but he ended the game with -12 rushing yards.

Retzlaff has been inconsistent with his accuracy. He has completed over 60 percent of his passes in just four of BYU's nine games this season, but Utah is the only opponent who didn't allow him to throw a TD pass this season.
