Jake Retzlaff: Player Props, Odds and Lines for Alamo Bowl

The BYU Cougars (10-2) take on their Big 12 rival Colorado Buffaloes (9-3) in the Alamo Bowl, and Cougars QB Jake Retzlaff will look to end the campaign on a high note despite the disappointing finish to the regular season.

In 12 regular season games, Retzlaff posted a 57.9 completion percentage with 2,796 passing yards and a 20-10 TD-INT ratio. On the ground, he rushed 93 times for 388 yards and six TDs.

BYU climbed up to the No. 7 ranking with a 9-0 record in mid-November, but two late-season losses to Kansas and eventual conference champions Arizona State crushed the Cougars' Big 12 title and College Football Playoff hopes.

Against another team that had CFP aspirations this season in Colorado, Retzlaff will want to put on a show on a big stage. He and the Cougars had some close calls amid their undefeated start, and the QB will want to prove he can put in good performances when the lights shine brightest.

That's especially because thanks to a new NCAA ruling granting more years of eligibility to former junior college athletes, Retzlaff may be able to continue his College Football career next season.
