Inter Miami vs. Atlanta United: How to watch first-round series, streaming, kick-off times and stats

Eastern Conference rivals from the southern US meet in a best-of-three first round series in the 2024 MLS Cup Playoffs as Atlanta United face outright favorites Inter Miami.

Miami, led by Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba, won the Supporters' Shield with 74 points from 34 matches. Messi posted 20 goals and 11 assists in just under 1,500 minutes, and Suarez also scored 20 goals with nine assists in 27 appearances.

Atlanta required things to go their way on Decision Day to qualify for the postseason, and they beat CF Montreal 5-4 on penalties (2-2 after full time) in the Wild Card round to set up the game against Miami.

ATL sold its two best players midseason - Thiago Almada and Giorgos Giakoumakis - but received key contributions from Saba Lobzhanidze, Brooks Lennon, Jamal Thiare, Daniel Rios and midseason designated player signing Aleksei Miranchuk.

How to watch Inter Miami vs. Atlanta United, streaming

Game 1 of Inter Miami vs. Atlanta United will be broadcast for free on Apple TV, meaning fans do not need an MLS Season Pass subscription to watch.

Streaming information for Game 2 and Game 3 has yet to be announced, but all MLS Cup Playoff games will at least be streamed on MLS Season Pass.

Game 1: Scheduled to kick off at 8:30 PM ET/7:30 PM CT on Friday, October 25 with the game taking place at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Game 2: Scheduled to kick off at 7 PM ET/6 PM CT on Saturday, November 2 with the game taking place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

Game 3: Scheduled to kick off at 8 PM ET/7 PM CT on Saturday, November 9 with the game taking place at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
