Brazil Women vs. Indiana Fever: Date, start time, how to watch, stream WNBA Preseason

For the first time since March 2024, Caitlin Clark will grace the court at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

On Sunday, May 4, the Iowa native and all-time leading scorer in the history of Division I college basketball will return to the University of Iowa and the court where she made her name, as the Indiana Fever take on the Brazil women’s national team in a WNBA Preseason game.

As expected, tickets have long been sold out in anticipation of Clark’s return.

Clark, entering her second pro season with the Fever, rose to stardom playing for Iowa from 2020 and 2024 and was selected first overall in the 2024 WNBA draft.

Her rookie season with Indiana was equally as impressive as her record-breaking college career. Clark shattered numerous WNBA rookie records and the overall league record for assists in a single season (337) while finishing fourth in MVP voting and leading the Fever to the playoffs for the first time since 2016.

Sunday’s preseason contest marks the first time Iowans will get to see Clark play at her old home arena since she was in college. Clark’s No. 22 Iowa jersey was retired at Carver-Hawkeye Arena earlier this year on February 2, 2025.
