The No. 1 seed Houston Cougars face the No. 4 seed Purdue Boilermakers in the Sweet 16 on Friday night.
Houston breezed past SIU Edwardsville in the first round before their five-point second-round win over No. 8 seed Gonzaga. They rank second in the country in both three-point percentage (39.8 percent) and defensive rating (91.9).
Purdue began their tournament run with a win over High Point and most recently beat McNeese State. They're also elite from beyond the arc, ranking 12th in the nation at 38.5 percent, but they rank in the bottom 75 teams in rebounds per game and blocks per game.
Houston vs. Purdue will be broadcast on TBS and TruTV, available via cable TV and live TV streaming apps such as YouTubeTV and SlingTV.
