LIV Golf Singapore: Picks, Predictions and Odds

The fourth event of the 2025 LIV Golf season takes place in Singapore this week on the Serapong Course at Sentosa Golf Club, a par-71 that measures 7,406 yards.

Spaniard Sergio Garcia got the win in Hong Kong last week, his second LIV title since joining the breakaway tour, and he is +1500 to follow up with another win.

Garcia's compatriot Jon Rahm leads the way at +700, just ahead of +900 Joaquin Niemann, who is eyeing his fourth LIV crown following his win in Adelaide in February.

This promises to be another entertaining watch from Friday to Sunday and there are a few players at big prices that jump out.

LIV Golf Singapore betting picks and predictions

Harold Varner III to win (+5000)

With plenty of bunkers and water to navigate on the Serapong course, the key to success looks to be a solid tee-to-green game and there is value in backing Harold Varner III to win at +5000.

The 34-year-old is sixth in driving accuracy and tied for first in greens in regulation on the LIV tour this season, two assets that could prove crucial this week.

Varner III has shown some decent form from his three LIV outings this year, finishing T21 in Riyadh, T7 in Adelaide and T18 in Hong Kong last week.

If the American can exact some improvement from the putter - he is currently T41 in putting average - then he looks to have every chance of landing his second title on this circuit.

Tom McKibbin to win (+2400)

Eyebrows may have been raised when the news broke that Tom McKibbin, who had just earned a PGA Tour card, decided to join LIV.

But the Northern Irishman appears happy with his choice based on his first three starts for Legion XIII, having posted results of T15, T7 and T6.

The 22-year-old has improved with every appearance so far and it would be no surprise to see him challenge for a maiden LIV title in Singapore.

McKibbin is a quality ball-striker, evidenced by his victory at the 2023 Porsche European Open on the DP World Tour which was played at the mammoth Green Eagle.

The World No. 119 is joint-fifth in greens in regulation, highlighting his strong approach play. He also sits 18th in scrambling and joint-16th in putting average, which also shows his short game is in fine form.

McKibbin still has lots of development left in his game at such a young age and his career is going in only one direction, and that is up.

A victory in Singapore would add to his impressive resume and also keep him in the mind of European Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald, who will be wondering whether to include any LIV players in his team for the event at Bethpage Black in September.

Ian Poulter to win (+25000)

Ian Poulter is still searching for his LIV breakthrough and while recent form may not suggest a win is forthcoming, he does have fond memories of Sentosa Golf Club and he could thrive on his return.

The Englishman triumphed here back in 2009 at the Singapore Open, holding off China's Liang Wenchong by one stroke, and that course form may stand him in good stead.

Poulter has had little to shout about this year, finishing T30, T31 and T42 on his three LIV starts, but he has at least been finding the fairway as he sits tied for 22nd in driving accuracy.

If the 49-year-old can get the irons working again, then he could find himself in the mix given there is never any doubt over his short game.
