It's the penultimate event of the 2024 LIV Golf League this week with a star-studded field heading to Bolingbrook Golf Club in Chicago, a tournament that will also see the Individual Championship winner crowned.
Spaniard Jon Rahm leads the individual standings on 195.17 points, narrowly ahead of Joaquin Niemann on 192.20, and these two are the only players that can be crowned individual champion.
Rahm broke his LIV Golf drought at the UK event in July and he is the +500 favorite to win in Chicago this week, while Bryson DeChambeau is priced at +750 and the duo of Tyrrell Hatton and Niemann are both +1000 chances.
Bolingbrook Golf Club is a different course for this year's edition, with the last being played at Rich Harvest Farms, and the rolling fairways, elevated greens, strategic bunkering and water hazards make this new venue a difficult test.
There is plenty at stake this week and one player that could end Sunday's final round with a bumper pay day is Chilean star Niemann, who has been a model of consistency this season.
The 25-year-old won two of the opening three LIV tournaments this year, tasting success in Mayakoba and Jeddah, while he has posted a runners-up finish, three top-fives and three top-10s.
Niemann, who has finished outside of the top 15 just twice in 12 LIV events in 2024, is tied for third in greens in regulation and that bodes well given how important accurate approach play will be at Bolingbrook Golf Club.
South African Louis Oosthuizen remains one of the classiest players on the LIV circuit and he arrives in Chicago in solid form, having gone fourth at Andalucia before finishing sixth in the UK and eighth at Greenbrier.
The 41-year-old, whose sole Major victory came at the 2010 Open Championship, has been rock-solid off the tee with a driving accuracy ranking of third.
It is the approach play that has been slightly off for Oosthuizen, who is 23rd in greens in regulation, but the irons have looked sharper in the last three outings and more improvement is expected here.
He is unrivalled in scrambling and second in putting average this season and there looks to be a great chance that everything could all come together for the Mossel Bay-born star this week.
Another player to watch this week is Abraham Ancer, who landed his first LIV title in Hong Kong back in March before following that up with three top-10 finishes in a row in Miami, Adelaide and Singapore.
The 33-year-old Mexican went off the boil a little in his next three starts but he has been showing positives signs of late, ending up 16th in the UK outing and then 13th at Greenbrier.
Ancer has been solid from tee-to-green, ranking first in driving accuracy and joint-10th in greens in regulation, while a putting average of 11th highlights how well the flat stick has been performing.
