Georgia vs. Texas: How to watch SEC Championship, TV channel, streaming, start time and stats

The No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs will face the No. 2 Texas Longhorns in the 2024 Southeastern Conference Championship with a first-round bye in the College Football Playoff on the line.

The SEC has proven to be the deepest conference in the nation in the 2024 season. Texas (11-1, 7-1 SEC) managed to lose just once in its first season in the SEC to sit in first place heading into conference championship weekend.

In the SEC Championship, they have a chance at revenge against the Georgia team that beat them in Week 8.

Georgia (10-2, 6-2 SEC) suffered its two losses to then-No. 4 Alabama and then-No. 16 Ole Miss. While QB Carson Beck went through a rough six-game stretch in which he threw 10 TDs to 12 interceptions, the team still posted a 4-2 record in those matchups and played clean football in its final three games.
