Foster comes into this summer's bout with a professional record of 22-2. The Texas native did not have a prestigious amateur career before he turned professional in September 2012.
Within the first three years, Foster went 8-0 before Samuel Teah handed him his first loss in November 2015.
He responded with two more wins, against Rynell Griffin and Lavisas Williams, before losing on points to Rolando Chinea in July 2016.
Foster has since racked up 12 wins on the bounce, winning the WBC Silver super featherweight title in September 2018 against Jon Fernandez and the vacant WBA Fedecentro super featherweight crown in July 2019 after beating Jesus Bravo.
He won his first legitimate world crown in February last year, beating Rey Vargas via decision, and he has since successfully defended it against Eduardo Hernandez and Abraham Nova.
Brazilian fighter Conceicao will enter the ring with a record of 18-2 (1 NC) when he faces Foster in July.
