Florida vs. Auburn: How to watch, TV channel, start time, head-to-head record

SEC rivals Florida and Auburn will face off in the first of two Final Four games on Saturday evening.

The Gators are in the Final Four for the first time since 2014 in head coach Todd Golden’s third season at the helm. Of the four teams to reach San Antonio, Florida has had the most scares, nearly losing to UConn in the round of 32 then against Texas Tech in the Elite 8.

Their escape plan in both games? Walter Clayton Jr.

The senior guard has been sensational this March, providing clutch shot after clutch shot when Florida needed it most. Clayton Jr. hit two late threes to the give the Gators the lead in the final minute against Texas Tech, a game he finished with a 30 points.

Auburn, the tournament’s top overall seed and South region champ, will be looking to exact revenge on their conference foes when they do battle on Saturday.

The Tigers, led by senior Johni Broome, are in their third Final Four in program history following an incredible 2024/25 campaign in which they lost five games – four of which came against this year’s Elite 8 teams, including Florida.

Auburn has talent all around the floor, but their offense will largely go through Broome, who has been as good as anyone in the tournament. The senior forward had 47 points and 30 rebounds across the Tigers’ Sweet 16 and Elite 8 wins.

Will Broome and company have enough to beat the high-powered Gators?
