Call of Duty League side Florida Mutineers have denied OpTic Texas the chance of winning two successive Major titles after beating them 3-1 in the lower bracket of Major Two.
In the CDL Major Two, Florida Mutineers can be backed at 4/7 to win their next match against LA Guerrillas, who are 5/4 to prevail, and you can follow the action on our Sports Live Streaming hub.
OpTic Texas started the 2022 CDL campaign by winning their home Major, the first of the season, last month with a 5-2 defeat of Atlanta FaZe in the final.
And they looked like a team to monitor after finishing top of the table in the qualifiers for Major Two, hosted by Minnesota ROKKR.

But their hopes of winning each of the first two Majors were quashed by the Mutineers this weekend and the Florida side have moved into the fourth round of the lower bracket.
They will now play LA Guerrillas, who defeated Seattle Surge last time out, for a place in the lower-bracket final.
In the upper bracket, meanwhile, Atlanta FaZe and Boston Breach are set to lock horns for a place in the Major's Grand Final.
Florida Mutineers have already lost to Boston in this Major, consequently dropping from the upper bracket into the lower bracket, and will be after revenge should the teams reconvene.
Not many would have expected the Mutineers to go so deep in this major and their head coach Phillip "Willett" Willett has praised the group for the progress they have made heading into the game with the Guerrillas.
Following the triumph, Mutineers head coach "Willett" wrote on Twitter: "Made it to a Sunday - GGs to Boston and OpTic - two great series against solid teams.
"Can't express how proud I am of the strides we have made and the way we are playing right now. We ain't done yet."
