The penultimate event on the Counter-Strike 2 BLAST Premier circuit is fast approaching with the Blast Premier Fall Final taking center stage as of next Wednesday.
The S-Tier event is set to take place at the Forum Copenhagen in Denmark and there is a total prize pool of $425,000 on offer with the winners set to scoop $200,000.
Winning the CS2 Blast Premier Fall Final will also secure a spot in the end-of-season Blast Premier World Final, which is the next major event on the circuit.
It is a prestigious tournament with just eight teams involved and they will begin by playing in a group stage with two sections of four sides.
The top three teams from each group will then progress to the playoffs but there is an advantage to winning the section - which secures a spot in the semifinals - or finishing as runners-up, which confirms a higher seeding in the quarterfinals.
Teams finishing third in each section will also move to the quarterfinals as playoff low seeds.
Six of the teams involved qualified directly from the Blast Premier Fall Groups, including giants of the Esport such as Team Vitality and Natus Vincere, while FaZe Clan and Team Falcons made it via the Blast Premier Fall Showdown.
There is not a lot separating the market leaders Team Vitality, Natus Vincere and Team Spirit in the outright betting for the CS2 Blast Premier Fall Final.
And given there is not a lot of value in veering away from the favorites, it makes sense to back Team Vitality at +300 to come out on top.
Vitality are undoubtedly the top team heading to the CS2 Blast Premier Fall Final in Copenhagen and they are worthy favorites.
Ranked first in the HLTV World CS2 rankings, Team Vitality were crowned IEM Cologne champions as recently as August, while they also placed in the first-fourth positions in the Blast Premier Fall Groups earlier in the summer.
Indeed, they eased through their group, winning all of their upper-bracket matches - one against GamerLegion and two versus Astralis.
But they also know what it takes to beat the best teams, having taken down Team Liquid in their final group contest during season 20 of the ESL Pro League recently.
That means they head into the Blast Premier Fall Final on an 11-match winning streak in all competitions and it would be bold to bet against them.
Natus Vincere are understandably their closest competitors at +325 after some solid performances on the circuit, while Team Spirit look short enough at +350 given they underwhelmed at the IEM Cologne.
Roster changes might encourage some punters to look further down the betting at the likes of Astralis (+1100) but Team Vitality are the standout bet to go the distance in the CS2 Blast Premier Fall Final.
Away from the outright betting, there are several other markets to explore heading into this year's CS2 Blast Premier Fall Final.
And with that in mind, Natus Vincere could be worth a bet to win Group A at +120.
Although the top two seeds, Team Vitality and Natus Vincere, have been separated, there is a lop-sided feel to the group phase, with Vitality joined by the much tougher trio of Team Spirit, Team Liquid and Astralis.
As for Natus Vincere, their fiercest competition will come from G2 Esports, while they also find themselves alongside the two Blast Premier Fall Showdown winners FaZe Clan and Team Falcons.
Natus Vincere, otherwise known as NAVI, enjoyed a terrific group campaign in the recent ESL Pro League Season 20, winning all three of their matches 2-0.
They were also runners-up at the IEM Cologne in August and should comfortably come out on top in Group A.
