Quarterback Drew Allar has led the Penn State Nittany Lions to a 13-2 record, a Big Ten Championship berth, and the first College Football Playoff in school history in 2024.
And, in the CFP, he's led his team to wins over No. 11 SMU and No. 3 Boise State by scores of 38-10 and 31-14, respectively. On Thursday, Allar will lead the Nittany Lions against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (13-1) for a spot in the National Championship.
Through his 15 games played this season, Allar has completed 67.4 percent of his passes for 3,192 yards and a 24-7 TD-INT ratio. Plus, he's improved his average yards per attempt this season, going from 6.8 last year to 8.6 this season.
After an underwhelming CFP first round performance in which he completed 13/22 passes for 127 yards and no scores against SMU, he lit up the stat sheet against Boise State with 13/25 passes completed for 171 yards and three TD passes.
But, Notre Dame allows the lowest completion percentage (50.6) and the fifth-fewest pass yards per game (167.4) out of 134 Division I Football teams this season.
Ahead of his CFP semifinal game against the Fighting Irish, let's take a look at Allar's player props, lines and odds.
