Rebecca Morrissey was left elated after the feisty Wish Upona Dream came up trumps at Tabcorp Park Melton at the weekend.
The filly fought her way through from the back of the field to claim the honours in the Aldebaran Park Lunar Lass 3YO Trotters Classic, with Morrissey delighted to see her charge deliver such a stunning success.
She told The Trots: "I am so overwhelmed, I'm so thrilled. She has put it all together and I'm just absolutely rapt.
"All the way through the race I was just saying to Mick (Bellman) 'just talk to her, just talk to her' and when she put in those couple of rough ones in exactly the same spot as Bendigo I thought oh no.
"But she regained herself and got down and going. I'm just over the moon."

And the success was even more notable with Wish Upona Dream having pulled a shoe during her victory, with Morrissey adding: "She's very determined in so many ways.
"She's got the most unbelievable quirky nature about her - you just can't help but love her. She'll bite, she'll kick, she's a typical filly. She's just a real handful to manage.
"At the races, though, she just turns into this ultra-professional little horse. You would never think she's such the handful that she is."
