The 2025 MLB Tokyo Series will feature a two-game set between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs.
It is no surprise why these two teams were selected to open the 2025 MLB regular season in Tokyo, Japan.
Japanese-born MLB superstars and national icons Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Roki Sasaki, Shota Imanaga and Seiya Suzuki will all feature in the Tokyo Series in front of what is sure to be a raucous crowd at the world-famous Tokyo Dome.

Dodgers vs. Cubs Game 1: Tuesday, March 18 at 6 AM ET / 5 AM CT / 3 AM PT
Dodgers vs. Cubs Game 2: Wednesday, March 19 at 6 AM ET / 5 AM CT / 3 AM PT
Dodgers vs. Cubs Game 1 on Tuesday morning will air on FOX, available on cable TV and live streaming services such as YouTubeTV and fuboTV.
Game 2 of the series on Wednesday morning will air on FS1.
Both games will be shown on each team's local network, Spectrum Sportsnet LA (Dodgers) and Marquee Sports Network (Cubs), as well as on FOX Deportes (Spanish-language).
Both Dodgers vs. Cubs MLB Tokyo Series games will take place at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan.
The Tokyo Dome is the home of Nippon Professional Baseball's Yomiuri Giants and seats approximately 55,000 people. It also serves as the home of the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame.
