Dignitas shocked 100 Thieves in the latest week of the LCS Spring Split 2022, defeating the reigning LCS champions to end a four-match losing sequence.
In the next week of the LCS Spring, Dignitas are 4/7 to beat CLG, who are 5/4 to prevail.
Despite starting the Spring event with a 3-1 record, Dignitas suffered consecutive losses to FlyQuest, Golden Guardians, Cloud9 and Team Liquid in weeks three and four, taking their ratio to 3-5.
They had dropped to the mid-table positions heading into Sunday's encounter with 100 Thieves, who had a 5-3 record beforehand and were nestled in third spot.
But what happened defied all the odds as Dignitas came out on top in the final match of week four.
Dignitas jungler Kim "River" Dong-woo reached a 3-0-1 scoreline after 18 minutes of play and helped his side slowly but surely pick apart objectives and fights.
The amount of gold harbored by each side was fairly even, but Dignitas were dominating objectives and managed to move into the 100 Thieves base after a team fight triumph in mid lane with just over half hour gone.

The win for Dignitas moves them onto a 4-5 record at the halfway mark in the LCS Spring Split and leaves them level with Evil Geniuses and Immortals in sixth spot.
Meanwhile, the situation has got tougher for 100 Thieves, who are now in a three-way tussle for third spot in the standings.
Week five begins on Saturday with Dignitas preparing to face CLG and FlyQuest and they will be hoping the confidence-boosting win over Thieves will get their campaign back on track.
Following the win, the Dignitas Twitter account taunted 100 Thieves, posting: "Can we play them 97 more times please? #DIGWIN."
