The New York Giants host the Detroit Lions in one of two NFL preseason games on Thursday night.
After weeks of training camp storylines, highlights and scuffles, the NFL preseason has officially arrived.
The Giants have arguably been the most-talked about team of the preseason having been the focus of HBO's "Hard Knocks" series, as fans were given tons of behind-the-scenes content of the franchise's front office, coaching staff and players during the offseason.
The Lions, fresh off their first NFC North title since 1991, have embodied the personality of fourth-year head coach Dan Campbell and will look to grow on what was a hugely-successful 2023 season.
It remains unclear if any star players, including Giants rookie WR Malik Nabers, will take snaps in this game. Expect second- and third-string players to play the majority of Thursday night's game.
