The 2024 Leagues Cup Final is a rematch of the 2023 MLS Cup Final, with the Columbus Crew taking on Los Angeles FC in a battle between two of the most exciting teams in the United States.
The Crew beat LAFC 2-1 to lift last year's MLS Cup.
LAFC finished second in their Leagues Cup group, behind the Vancouver Whitecaps but ahead of Tijuana. Earlier in the knockout rounds, the Black and Gold beat Austin FC, the San Jose Earthquakes, Seattle Sounders FC, and the Colorado Rapids to advance to the 2024 Leagues Cup Final.
Columbus earned a group stage bye as a result of winning last year's MLS Cup, and they beat Sporting Kansas City, Inter Miami, New York City FC, and the Philadelphia Union to set up the deciding match against LAFC.
