After forgoing workouts at both the NFL Combine and Big 12 Pro Day, top NFL draft prospects Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders will work out for scouts and coaches at Colorado’s “NFL Showcase” on Friday, April 4.
Hunter, a dual-threat cornerback and wide receiver who took home the 2024 Heisman Trophy, and Sanders, a top quarterback prospect in the 2025 class, have been a dynamic duo since their days at Jackson State, and will team up on the field for one last time ahead of this month’s NFL Draft.
Sanders and Hunter connected for 1,258 yards and 15 touchdowns during Colorado’s 2024/25 season, launching both towards the top of draft boards.
Now, NFL scouts and personnel will have a chance to watch the pair in person to make their final evaluations. Sanders and Hunter, along with 14 other draft-eligible prospects, will take to the weight room and gridiron to go through various combine drills including bench press, 40-yard dash, vertical jump, and position-based drills.
