San Francisco 49ers running back and reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year Christian McCaffrey is set to make his 2024 NFL season debut after missing his team's first eight games with Achilles tendonitis.
CMC will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in his first game of the season in Week 10.
In 2023, McCaffrey played 16 out of 17 games and led the NFL in yards from scrimmage (2,023), rushing yards (1,459), touches (339), and combined rushing and receiving touchdowns (21).
Plus, he averaged 5.4 yards per rush and 126.4 yards from scrimmage per game. He also had five multi-touchdown games in 2023.
That said, one of his worst games of the season in terms of yardage was against the Buccaneers in Week 11 last season, although the Niners won it 27-14. McCaffrey rushed 21 times for 78 yards and caught five passes for 25 yards and a score.
Before we find out how much playing time - and how much of an impact - CMC makes in his season debut, let's take a look at his odds for Week 10 against Tampa Bay.
