League of Legends mid laner Jeong "Chovy" Ji-hoon has highlighted T1 as the team he wants to beat the most in the 2022 season following his move to Gen.G in November.
In the LOL LCK Spring next year, Gen.G can be backed at 2/1 to win the tournament.
South Korean Chovy spent just over one year with Hanwha Life Esports, helping them progress from the play-in stage to the quarter-finals of the 2021 League of Legends World Championship.
Their run was quite an achievement, but they were comfortably beaten 3-0 in the last eight by T1 - a team which Chovy hopes to get revenge on with his new team next season.
T1 went on to lose in the semi-final stage of the Worlds as did Gen.G Esports, who lost 3-2 to champions Edward Gaming.

In Gen.G, Chovy is also joining a team who performed well domestically this year, finishing second to DAMWON Gaming in the regular season standings - although they finished with identical 12-6 records - and losing to T1 in the last four.
And it is clear LCK side T1, who have mid laner Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok in their ranks, have become an enemy of both Chovy and high-flyers Gen.G, where he will now ply his trade.
Speaking to Inven Global at the 2021 LCK Awards about his decision to move to Gen.G, Chovy said: "The biggest thing I considered was the vision and conditions they showed me - among all the others, I thought that Gen.G was the best choice for me."
And regarding the team he will be keeping an eye on in 2022, he added: "Personally I want to beat T1 since I lost to them and Faker a lot, so I'm paying a lot of attention to them.
"I'm human too - I lost to them so much I can't help but be conscious of them."
