It is a key day in qualifying for the final Call of Duty League Major of the season and the standings are starting to take shape with only three matches remaining in week two.
London Royal Ravens and New York Subliners have so far been the standout sides, with both claiming three wins from three matches, whilst at the other end of the table, LA Guerrillas and Paris Legion, who are both in action on Sunday, are yet to get a win on the board in qualifying.
Call of Duty League's Major 4 gets underway on 21st July 2022 at Kings Theatre in New York with $500,000 up for grabs as teams continue to build towards the pinnacle of the season - the Call of Duty League Championship.

Boston Breach were rather uninspiring in the third Major of the Call of Duty League season, losing their only match in the losers' bracket 3-0 against Minnesota ROKKR.
Following that performance, they opted for a key roster change, replacing Kenyen "Capsidal" Sutton, who endured one of his worst performances of the year at the Toronto Major, with Reece "Vivid" Drost.
And that change may well have had an impact with Breach impressing in qualifying for the fourth and final Major of the season.
With a 3-1 victory over Major 3 champions Seattle Surge last time out, they have taken their win-loss record in qualifying to 2-1 and are on course to make the top eight.
The same cannot be said, however, for Boston's Sunday opponents LA Guerrillas, who lost both of their opening matches in week one of Major 3 qualifying against Toronto Ultra and New York Subliners.
Boston are most definitely the team in form right now and should be expected to win this encounter.

Odds | LA Thieves -800, Paris Legion +450 |
One map win in two Major 4 qualifiers is far from ideal for Paris Legion, who were comfortably beaten by lowly OpTic Texas on Saturday night, having spurned some opportunities to take initiative in that match on maps one and four in particular.
Such results are, however, unsurprising from Legion given they are at the foot of the overall Call of Duty League standings with only 20 points collected all season, only two matches won out of 18 and 58 losses in their 82 games played.
LA Thieves had a mixed bag of results in week one of Major 4 qualifying, sinking Boston Breach 3-0 before losing 3-2 to Atlanta FaZe, but they gave good accounts of themselves in both matches and should be the superior team in this match.

Odds | OpTic Texas -138, New York Subliners +100 |
OpTic Texas have been Atlanta FaZe's closest competition in the overall Call of Duty League standings this season, winning 20 of their 29 matches, whilst New York Subliners have been lingering in the league's lower echelons.
In qualifying for Major 4, however, it has been a different story with OpTic having only just pulled off their first win against lowly Paris Legion and the Subliners able to boast a 3-0 win-loss record.
New York's most recent win came against Major 3 winners Seattle Surge with Matthew "KiSMET" Tinsley in particular impressing for the Subliners with 103 kills in the match.
OpTic, meanwhile, were also not at their best in Major 3, crashing out in the third round of the losers' bracket and based on current form, New York Subliners should the spoils in this one.
