Quarterback Cade Klubnik has led the No. 11 Clemson Tigers back into the College Football Playoff race after what seemed like a catastrophic loss back in Week 1, and he looks to help his team improve upon its current 6-1 record this weekend against the Louisville Cardinals.
Clemson lost to then-No. 1 Georgia in Week 1 by a 34-3 score, but the Tigers are 6-0 since then.
In seven games this season, Klubnik has completed 66.7 percent of his passes for 1,836 yards and a 10-3 TD-INT ratio. He has thrown for more than 300 yards and multiple TDs in each of his last two games.
Louisville has a middling pass defense, allowing the 39th-highest completion percentage (63.1) and 60th-most passing yards per game (222.8).
A win in this game would see Clemson further improve its case for an appearance in the ACC Championship Game, as the Tigers are 5-0 in the conference. The only other remaining undefeated teams within the ACC are the No. 5 Miami Hurricanes, No. 20 SMU Broncos and No. 18 Pittsburgh Panthers, and Clemson only has Pitt on its remaining schedule out of those teams.
Ahead of this conference clash in the part of the season where every game is important, let's took at Klubnik's odds against Louisville.
