The Cleveland Browns may need to trade up a few places in the draft order to snag Ohio State star Garrett Wilson after the speedy wideout clocked an impressive sub-4.4 second time for the 40-yard dash on Thursday.
Wide receiver is one of the positions Cleveland, who are 18/1 shots to win the AFC Championship next season, are expected to address as they look to move on from the messy divorce that took place with Odell Beckham Jr in 2021.
Wilson has already developed a tight bond with Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield, revealing that he has practiced several times with the former first overall draft pick.
Both men hail from Austin, Texas and attended the same high school, although they never played on the same team or even in the same league and graduated six years apart.

"Baker's my guy," Wilson said at the NFL Combine this week. "He was always a little older than me and he would come back and he coached 7-on-7. During the quarantine, we actually threw together a couple times. So I know that Baker's a great player, and we have a good relationship."
The Browns are slated to pick at number 13, which may be a little too late to grab Wilson after his blistering 40-yard dash in front of scouts in Indianapolis.
He didn't clock the fastest time of the wide receiver group - that honour went to Baylor's Tyquan Thornton after his 4.28 - but Wilson's performance allied to his premier route-running ability means he's a strong favourite to be the first wideout taken next month.
NFL Network draft guru Daniel Jeremiah already had Wilson down as his sixth-best overall prospect, so it's more than likely he will hear his name called inside the top 10.
