Ring walks for Raymond Ford and Orlando Gonzalez-Ruiz are expected to get underway at around 9 PM ET, but the super-featherweight clash is not the main event on the card and fight time is subject to change.

The super-featherweight clash will take place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

New Jersey native Ford is now training out of Houston and the 25-year-old will make the trip to the east coast to take on Gonzalez Ruiz.

The Wells Fargo Center plays host to the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia 76ers and the multi-purpose indoor arena has a seated capacity of 21,000.

'Savage' will contest his third fight in eight months when he steps in against Gonzalez Ruiz this weekend and it’s a new dawn for the American.

Ford steps up to the super-featherweight division and the New Jersey native has also moved his training set up to Houston.

Gonzalez Ruiz is an experienced super-featherweight, but a clash with Ford represents by far the stiffest test of the Puerto Rican’s career.

The 29-year-old has previously challenged for the NABF junior-featherweight title, where 'Capu' lost to the talented Robeisy Ramirez.

Gonzalez Ruiz is on a five-fight winning run and, while they have been low-key victories, the Puerto Rican will at least have the confidence of the success to call on.

He was last in action five months ago and this will be the 29-year-old’s second bout of the year.
