After winning 23 straight fights over more than 10 years, Espinoza was given his first title fight in December 2023. This fight was against Robeisy Ramirez and was for the WBO Featherweight title. Espinoza pulled off the upset in this fight, beating Ramirez by majority decision.
Espinoza’s most recent fight was in June 2024 against Sergio Chirino Sanchez, who he beat by technical knockout to successfully defend his WBO World Featherweight title. So far in his career, Espinoza has won 21 times by KO and four times by decision.
