Emanuel Navarrete comes into this fight with a professional boxing record of 38-1-1. Navarrete amassed an amateur boxing record of 108-7 before going professional in 2012, starting his pro career 5-0 before losing his first fight in July of 2012 to Daniel Argueta.
Following that loss, Navarrete has since won 33 fights in a row, ranging from December 2012 to August 2023. Navarrete has won a total of 31 times by knockout and seven times by decision.
Over the course of his professional career, Navarrete has won titles in three different weight divisions. The first was the WBO Junior Featherweight title which he won in December of 2018, making five title defenses.

Denys Berinchyk was an amateur standout, winning the silver medal in the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships, as well as the silver medal in the 2012 Olympics. He comes into this fight with a professional boxing record of 18-0.
The Lion turned professional in August of 2015, and has never lost in the paid ranks, with an even split of nine victories by knockout and nine by decision.
He has won three different titles in his professional career, the first being the WBO Oriental Lightweight title in December of 2017.
With this title, he made one title defense before winning the WBO International Lightweight title in December of 2018.
