The prize winner will receive a signed Adult Indiana Pacers Icon Swingman Jersey by Nike and a signed team basketball. Total retail value of prize is $170. Retail value reflects unautographed merchandise.  Retail value of hand signed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based on the featured player(s) and current market value at the time of prize award.

Eligibility:

The signed Adult Indiana Pacers Icon Swingman Jersey by Nike giveaway and team signed basketball is open to legal residents of Indiana who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Pacers Basketball, LLC d/b/a Indiana Pacers and Pacers Sports & Entertainment (“Pacers”), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter or win.

- The competition will run from Friday, April 29th @ 1:00 PM EST until Friday, May 2nd @ 1:00 PM EST.

- The giveaway is for residents of Indiana only.

- The winner will be contacted via Twitter/X DM after the competition closes. They will have 24 hours to respond before we reserve the right to randomly select a different winner. 

- One entry per customer.

- One winner will be picked via a random draw from all entries. 

- Chance of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. 

- No purchase necessary.

- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
