Austin "Ammo" Williams won the first 16 fights of his professional career, which began in 2019.

Williams won his first three fights, and eight of his first 11 fights, via stoppage. His first three KO victories, which were his first professional victories in general, were made in the first round.

The 28-year-old suffered his first loss in June of last year via 11th-round TKO against talented British fighter Hamzah Sheeraz.

He bounced back in emphatic fashion five months after his first loss, beating Gian Garrido via fifth-round KO, and he'll look to build on that performance against Volny.

Patrice Volny has fought outside of Canada just once in his first 20 professional boxing matches, and it was his only professional loss to date.

Volny won his first 16 fights before he took on then-undefeated Esquiva Falcao in Las Vegas, where he was handed his first loss.

Since that loss, "Vicious" Volny is 3-0 with all three wins coming via TKO. His opponents during that span were Abraham Juarez, DeAndre Ware and Steven Butler.

This bout against Williams will arguably be the highest-profile of Volny's career, as well as the toughest challenge. He and Williams enter this bout with nearly identical records, and as stated, "Vicious" has yet to win outside Canadian soil.
