Auburn vs. Texas Men: How to watch, TV channel, streaming, start time, predicted lineups and stats
Rusty Gorelick
The No. 2 Auburn Tigers (13-1, 1-0 SEC), led by head coach Bruce Pearl and Wooden Award favorite Johni Broome, take on the Texas Longhorns (11-3, 0-1 SEC) on Tuesday night.
The SEC has emerged as by far the best conference in the 2024/25 season, and this game features its second-highest ranked team (behind No. 1 Tennessee) against a talented but relatively untested Texas team.
Texas' two games against ranked opponents were losses - to reigning National Champions then-No. 25 UConn and SEC rival then-No. 13 Texas A&M - and this matchup against Auburn is the second leg of a five-game run against ranked teams after the A&M loss.
Auburn, meanwhile, are favored to win the National Championship and their only loss of the season so far was in an away game against a strong then-No. 9 Duke team.
