No. 4 Arkansas State (24-9, 13-5 Sun Belt) and No. 3 Troy (22-10, 13-5 Sun Belt) will face off in the Sun Belt men’s championship game on Monday night.
The winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament field of 68.
Both teams beat higher-ranked, rested opponents in the conference tournament semifinals on Sunday. Arkansas State beat top seed South Alabama 74-71 before Troy bested No. 2 James Madison 79-60.
Troy is seeking its third men’s tournament appearance in program history and first since 2017. Arkansas State has just one tournament appearance in 57 years, which came in 1999.
Arkansas State is the top-scoring (79.6 PPG) and rebounding (38.3) team in the Sun Belt this season. The Red Wolves are led by guard Taryn Todd (14.9 PPG) and forward Izaiyah Nelson (8.6 RPG).
On the other side, Troy leads the conference in offensive rebounding (13 per game) and ranks among the nation’s best in steals (9.5) and blocks (4.8) per game.
Arkansas State vs. Troy will be shown on ESPN2, which is available via cable TV and live streaming apps such as YouTubeTV and FuboTV.

Arkansas State vs. Troy will tip off at 7 PM ET / 6 PM CT on Monday, March 10 from Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Florida.
