Colombia, on the other hand, sit in the sixth and final qualification spot, three points ahead of 7th-place Venezuela, with three matches remaining.

Since defeating Argentina 2-1 in qualifying in September 2024, Nestor Lorenzo's team has won one in seven, and now face a challenge if they are to finish in the top six places.
