The FIFA Club World Cup is coming to the United States in the summer of 2025, and Miami, Florida, is one of the host cities.
Hard Rock Stadium, home of the NFL's Miami Dolphins and the center of the Formula One Miami Grand Prix, will host the opening match and a handful of others at the Club World Cup.
The venue sits around 65,000 fans, reduced from its original capacity of 75,000 after a 2015 renovation.
A stadium soccer record of 73,429 fans packed in to watch Brazil beat Colombia 1-0 in September 2014. Hard Rock Stadium also hosted the second-ever El Clasico held outside of Spain, where 66,014 people watched Barcelona beat Real Madrid 3-2 in 2017.
